Often times, there is a disparity between the depth and breadth of information known about issues impacting a certain community outside of the community and within it. Communities have experiential intelligence on local matters, but sometimes don’t have the tools to navigate change making. In contrast, institutions often have the knowledge and tools to make change, but lack in-depth knowledge about the day-to-day reality of a community issue. Whether it’s knowledge about preventative health practices, compounded issues impacting a community, or how to navigate change-making, our team has investigated the intersection of these issues and the community experiences surrounding them below.
